Cancellations:
Cancellations and modifications can be made for free up to 14 full days before your arrival date. For cancellations made after this, your card will be charged half of the reservation amount.
Credit Card:
In order to make a reservation, we require credit card details that are valid up and through your arrival date and that can be charged from Italy without the card being physically present. We will only charge your credit card in the event of cancellation 14 days before your arrival. In the event that your credit card details are declined by our card terminal, you will be notified per email and will have 24 hours to make payment or your reservation will be cancelled.
Tourist Tax:
The Tourist Tax is NOT included in the rates and must be paid at any time during your stay here with us. Cash payment for the tourist taxis required. The fee is 1 € per person per night from April to end October. From November to end of March no Tourist Tax is applied.
House Rules:
Our apartments are strictly NON-SMOKING. Smoking is only permitted outside.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until 7:00 AM. During these times noise is to be kept to an absolute minimum out of respect for our other guests, neighbours and your hosts.
Our apartments are to be returned in a tidy state upon check-out. All dishes, pots, pans, etc. must be washed, dried and put away.
Damages made to our property by any guest in your party is solely your responsibility.
Lost objects:
We will not send by post any item you forget at the apartment, please make sure you have not left anything behind. In you do forget something we will keep it safely for 90 days so you have the time to organize pick up with a courier if you wish to do so.
